1. About Listed
Listed is a tool for creating and sharing shopping lists. It is provided by Ana Soares, Germany.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. What Listed does and does not do
Listed lets you save product links from third-party websites and view them in one place. Listed does not sell products, process payments, or have any relationship with the retailers whose links you save. All purchases happen directly on the retailer's own site, subject to their own terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the lists and content you create. By sharing a list via a public link, you agree that anyone with that link can view its contents.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Listed to save or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service.
6. No warranty
Listed is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that product data (prices, images, availability) fetched from third-party sites is accurate or current — always verify details on the retailer's own site before purchasing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Listed is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from third-party sites linked from it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Listed after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law.
